The process of Making Our Ghee
Step 1 – गौसेवा संस्कार | Reverence to the Divine CowIn and around Kashi, our desi cows are raised with care, dignity, and respect. Their natural, stress-free environment ensures milk rich in purity (Shuddhatā) and vitality (Prāṇa Bala).
Step 2 – दुग्धमंथन संस्कार | The Sacred ChurningFresh milk is traditionally churned using the Bilona method to create rich, wholesome makhan. This slow process preserves its natural essence, purity, and nourishment.
Step 3 – अग्नि संस्कार | Refinement Through FireThe makhan is gently transformed into ghee over a wood-fired flame (Kāṣṭhāgni). Slow cooking develops its golden hue, deep aroma, and authentic character.
Step 4 – काशी ऊर्जा संस्कार | The Living Energy of KashiOnce prepared, each batch is completed with a moment of stillness—a diya is lit and a gentle mantra is offered. Infused with the spirit of Kashi, the ghee carries warmth, calm, and blessings for your body, mind (Manas), soul (Ātmā), and home (Gṛha).
